Providing EThames has received all of the required documentation and you are eligible for the programme you have applied for, you will receive a conditional letter of acceptance from our Admissions Department within 7 working days of receiving your application. If you have applied for the final stage of one of our degree programmes, then the application will first be submitted to the relevant university for assessment and acceptance.

Submission of Applications
Applications can be submitted in person to the Admissions Office, by post, as an attachment to an email, or via one of our educational representatives. original copies of all documentation (and certified translations) must be provided prior to enrolment. Each application must be accompanied by the following documentation:

• A fully completed and signed EThames application form
• Copies of all academic documentation, Tthis includes high/secondary school transcripts and diplomas, any higher education transcripts and diplomas, and all professional qualifications. European/international students must provide all documents in the original language and also officially translated into English, where applicable
• A copy of your passport/id card
• Students applying for undergraduate studies must supply 2 academic references
• Students applying for postgraduate studies must supply 2 academic reference and 1 employment reference listing job - related
  responsibilities (if relevant)
• A statement of purpose
• A Copy of your CV
• Any student applying for the final stage of a degree programme must also complete the relevant university's application form
